I was the first digital marketing manager at Doggy Bathroom, an e-commerce startup that was experiencing nearly doubled sales during COVID-19 and had four new products to be launched by the end of 2020. I was tasked to create a digital marketing strategy for the remainder of the year using industry best practices and internal performance assessments. I led a creative team in the design of new product campaigns, building the brand book, and press kit. The first campaign I worked on increased the month's return on ad spend by around 20%. I also proposed new copy for the website homepage that strengthened the value proposition, brand image, and voice - which the company still uses to this day. I then carried this approved copy tone to packaging elements for the new and upcoming products.
